[Mesa-users] STELLA compilation failed on MacOS Tahoe (M3)

Great catch, Amar! Looks like this was not caught in testing after a recent
refactor.

rename the file:

stella/src/cp2k/kinds.f90

to

stella/src/cp2k/kinds.f

and I think it should work. Let me know if it doesn't
