[Mesa-users] need assisstance (fresh user)

Hey all,
I am a new MESA user . I just downloaded the software and learning it by myself.

I am trying to model the cepheid variable star. Specifically want to encounter its behavior and why is it pulsating?

The routine or enlist I started with was 5M delta Cephei. How can I incorporate the mass loss in this routine.

If somebody has idea, please let me know.
