[Mesa-users] Help regarding MESA in a HPC

Hi Abhijnan,
You should install MESA on your cluster account/ use the appropriate
$MESA_DIR if MESA is already installed on the cluster (the system admin of
the HPC will be able to help you figure that out).
The running script of mesa ( which includes setting the no of threads,
setting a path for mesasdk etc) is a separate file and is different from
the pbs job submission script- that is, you don't need to mention setting
the no of threads, setting a path for mesasdk etc in the pbs script.
