Hi Abha,

The star info structure also contains the arrays ixtra, xtra, lxtra which can be used to store integers, floats, and logicals in the photos. These don't get assigned from inlists like the x_ctrl variables, so you'll need to assign them in your run_star_extras.  The run_star_extras in the ppisn case in the test suite provides and example of how to do this and how to ensure that you assign the correct values depending on if a run is starting from the beginning or is a restart.
