[Mesa-users] Tutorial Error

Hello! I'm new to MESA and I am running into some trouble in the "Loading a
Model" part of the tutorial (linked here:
https://docs.mesastar.org/en/release-r24.03.1/using_mesa/running.html). I
created an inlist_load text file as prescribed in the instructions, copying
and pasting directly from the website. All of my inlist files are in the
same tutorial folder that the instructions have you make. When I edited my
main inlist file to use inlist_load instead of inlist_project, and ran
./rn, I got this error:

Failed to open control namelist file "inlist_load"
 reading user weak rate file
/Users/kiramccracken/mesa-r24.03.1/data/rates_data/rate_tables/S13_r_be7_wk_li7.h5
 version_number r24.03.1
 Failed to open eos namelist file inlist_load
 set_kap_and_eos_handles failed in alloc_eos_handle_using_inlist
 set_star_kap_and_eos_handles ierr           2
 do_before_evolve_loop ierr           2
 do_before_evolve_loop ierr           2

I found an archived thread that suggested using ASCII instead of unicode
for the inlist files, but that didn't seem to resolve the error. I was
wondering how I might go about troubleshooting this. Just to make sure, I
deleted and redownloaded MESA and tried the tutorial again, but I ran into
the same issue.
