[Mesa-users] Error bars

Dear Gabriela,

One MESA model, obtained with one set of input parameters and controls, has no error bar attached to it.

To have an idea of « errors » on some of the  parameters of your final model, such as L and Teff, you would have to run many models, using a range of acceptable values for the input parameters and controls, and see how they affect the values of L and Teff for your model. There are many possibilities for the input parameters and they will affect the final model. It is a big task to figure out which ones are most important and what is their influence on the final model.
