In short, yes, and you should also remove calls to those inlists from the
./rn script.
If you inspect the rn script in a text editor, you will notice a number of
statements starting with "do_one ..."
Each do_one runs the star executable taking the specified inlist, checks
for the specified final model, and puts the output in the specified LOGS
directory:
# do_one [inlist] [output model] [LOGS directory]
To only run to the end of core He burning, you can delete the inlists after
that, and also comment out or remove anything after
do_one inlist_to_end_core_he_burn_header end_core_he_burn.mod
LOGS_to_end_core_he_burn
Also, when starting from a test_suite case for use in science applications,
don't forget to make sure your results are numerically converged, see, e.g.
