[Mesa-users] Link for MESA SDK and MESA SDK website

Hello Aman,

It's not just you, due to a power outage, the official mesasdk webpage is
currently down, and it could take a little over a week for it to come back
online.

In the meantime, you can always find the SDKs in zenodo. Although sometimes
they might lag behind with the latest version.
