Hi folks —
It gives me great pleasure to announce the public release of MSG, a Fortran/Python/C software package for interpolating stellar intensity/flux spectra and colors in pre-calculated grids.
MSG is briefly described in a short paper in the Journal of Open Source Software; see https://joss.theoj.org/papers/10.21105/joss.04602. Full documentation is available online at https://msg.readthedocs.io/en/stable/, and the GitHub repository for the project is at https://github.com/rhdtownsend/msg.
Best wishes,
Rich
