Hi Amedeo,

You can look at the MESA instrument papers. In particular MESA II
<https://ui.adsabs.harvard.edu/abs/2013ApJS..208....4P/abstract> describes
the treatment of angular momentum transport in the code. Further useful
educational material can be found at
