[Mesa-users] Trouble with binary models for a certain range of parameters

Hi Natsuko,

Have you tried running your model for star 1 outside of binary to see if that helps? It looks like you're doing some relaxation of the starting model at the beginning that might make things difficult for binary before the model settles into its initial configuration. One option might be to start by doing that relaxation with a single star work directory outside of binary, then save it before it evolves very far to use as a starting model for the binary work directory. Does that help?
