[Mesa-users] s process in AGB

if one is interested in the s-process in a c13 pocket during the thermal pulse phase of evolution,
one is better off extracting mesa's temperature, density, and composition profiles from the
c13_pocket test suite case (using a smaller reaction network), and then feeding those profiles
to a standalone, suitably neutron-rich, reaction network.an example of this approach is in
https://ui.adsabs.harvard.edu/abs/2019MNRAS.489.1082B/abstract .

please go through

https://docs.mesastar.org/en/release-r22.05.1/using_mesa.html

and perhaps a few of the recent mesa summer school labs

https://cococubed.com/mesa_market/education.html

as this material will help you answer your own question on outputting mass fraction profiles.
