[Mesa-users] Reaction issue

Hi,

I'm trying to update the inlist from Ritter 2018 for a 1.65 solar mass star to revision 10108 and I'm coming across a problem with a set of equations from agb.net.
If I keep the following reactions;
r_c12_pg_n13
r_n13_wk_c13
r_c13_pf_n14
Then the results are a long way from what I'm aiming for.
If I remove the above reactions and add;
rc12_to_n14
Then the results are much closer to the aim.
I have attached a HR diagram to show the difference.

I haven't managed to find why there would be such a significant change when I only change these reactions, is there a reason for this difference?
