[Mesa-users] Reactions

Hi,

I have asked about this previously but I'm having trouble with a set of reactions. I'm using revision 10108.
The only difference between the two models in the HR-diagram attached is in the AGB.net model there are the following reactions:
r_c12_pg_n13
r_n13_wk_c13
r_c13_pg_n14

In rc12_to_n14 the 3 reactions above are substituted for that single reaction.

I was trying to replicate an inlist that used revision 3709 and the model using rc12_to_n14 follows the HR diagram from the inlist I tried to update, however using this reaction I can't look for C13 pockets which is why I needed the set of 3 reactions but they produce a different result.

Everything else about the two inlists and reactions are identical and as far as I can see both the set of 3 reactions and rc12_to_n14 should produce the same result so I was hoping to find out why there is such a significant difference.
