[Mesa-users] Li depletion due to thermohaline mixing

It would be useful to show a plot of what you are seeing (e.g. Surface
Lithium as function of stellar luminosity) and explain a bit better why
this is not matching your expectations. That way it will be easier to give
you suggestions on how to move forward.
