[Mesa-users] using Adipls command <do_redistribute_mesh> for my own Oscillation code

Dear Gerrit and Rob,

I think Gerrit is referring to the mesh redistribution done by ADIPLS and
GYRE, rather than the mesh set by MESA.

The flag do_redistribute_mesh enables the following code in
astero/private/adipls_support.f90:

I am guessing you can reuse some of that code, but there is probably no
standard way to do it as yet. Does that help?

Note that ADIPLS and GYRE remesh in different ways.


You can also run the ADIPLS mesh redistribution in a standalone way. See
for example this script:
