[Mesa-users] Question about scaling carbon rates

Hi,

This worked as expected but I still see some C burning.

If I compare burn_c with c12_c12 and c12_o16 then burn_c shows some burning
but not the latter two.

Suppose I wanted to turn off all C-burning processes in approx21,
which rates should I scale?
