[Mesa-users] Question about scaling carbon rates

You'll need to do a restart or manipulate the s% rate_factors array
directly in your run_star_extras (See set_rate_factors in
star/job/run_star_support.f90)

Or just use approx21 from the beginning and not worry about this.
