[Mesa-users] How to extract values

Respected mesa users,

I am trying to see the accretion effect on CO white dwarfs by using MESA
version: 12778. And
I want to calculate nuclear burning time scale only from carbon burning
where t_b = Cp T / q , where Cp: specific heat, T: temperature and q:
burning rates in run_star_extras.f.  To get burning time scale, I need
three variables from which two I have extract using star pointer s% Cp, s%
T. But I don't know how to extract third variable that is nuclear burning
rates ( burn_c and c12_c12 which are available in profile column list) due
to carbon burning.
Please advise me how can extract.
