[Mesa-users] How to calculate the ignition lines

hi wenyu,

the ignition lines in the pgstar TRho profile plot,
were calculated by running a nuclear reaction network 
on initially pure compositions (he, c, o, etc) at the 
specified initial and constant temperature and density. 
"ignition" is defined for these curves when the 
net energy generation rate exceeds 1 erg/g/s.
