Hi Adrian,

When you say the frequencies "are not bad", what frequencies have you created?  Are they different by 0.1 μHz?  Or 10 μHz?  It will help to be more specific and explain what steps you've taken to arrive at this result.

As a simple starting point, you should be able to run the "simplex_solar_calibration" test case (I'm assuming you're using MESA r15140) as a starting point.  If you add the controls to save the final profile to a suitable output file for GYRE and run GYRE on that model, you should get a qualitatively good match to the observations (at least for modes below about 2mHz).
