I was wondering if the Micro and Macrophysics of different MESA versions is

No. MESA has continually changed throughout its life.  Each Paxton et al.
instrument paper has some new information that supersedes previous
versions.  And the documentation may describe changes present in the
current release that have not yet been in an instrument paper (
https://docs.mesastar.org/en/r15140/modules.html ).

The microphysics blurb at
https://docs.mesastar.org/en/r15140/using_mesa/best_practices.html#citing-mesa
gives a high level overview of some of the ingredients in the current
release.

There is no place that gives a complete description of the current (or
past) micro/macrophysics in MESA at a similar level to MESA I.
