Thank you for your suggestion!I have same idea as your recommended paper,if can I calculate nucleosynthesis for thousands of isotopes in post-processing with mesa/net/test code?
Any suggestions or help would be very appreciated!

currently, mesa has an maximum limit on the addressable space.
a model's addressable space is combination of the size of the reaction network
and the number of cells in a model. if a model's addressable space exceeds
the maximum, then invalid memory access messages are emitted and the model terminates.
the number of cells in the conductive_flame test suite case is much smaller than
than the number of cells in the c13_pocket test case. hence the conductive_flame
test suite case runs with a 495 isotope network while the c13_pocket test suite case will not.
the c13_pocket test suite case will run with the 495 isotope network only if the number of cells
in the model is significantly reduced, or (as rob mentioned) by using a smaller reaction network
while keeping the same number of cells.
if one is interested in, say, the s-process in a c13 pocket during the thermal pulse
phase of evolution, one is better off extracting the mesa's temperature, density, and composition
profiles (from a smaller reaction network) during a thermal pulse and feeding those profiles
to a standalone, suitably neutron-rich, reaction network with thousands of isotopes.
