[Mesa-users] Ask for help about two sentences in star/work/inlist

the results in docs are as outdated as version r4442.

i encourage using a more modern version, say r15140,
and consulting the latest documentation at 

https://docs.mesastar.org/en/latest/test_suite.html#star-tests

where there are indeed thermal pulses during the agb phase.
