Dear Antonio,
I do not think GYRE does what you are after in these regards. The
inclination of the rotation axis affects the amplitudes of rotationally
split oscillation modes. However, GYRE is a linear code and can only
calculate the frequencies of the oscillation modes, and not their
amplitudes.
That being said, the effect of the inclination angle on mode visibility is
known analytically (e.g., Section 3.3 of [1], though I am not sure how well
this applies to rapid rotators). The raw mode amplitudes from a stellar
model will be unknown, but you may still be able to work out something with
that.
MESA can calculate gravity darkening, see MESA V [2].
