[Mesa-users] The problem of running make_pre_ccsn_llp

Hi Kai-an,

There could be a lot going on here, but we'll need more information. Please
attach inlists/run_star_extras, and if easy, saved models from near where
the failure takes place.

When does the odd behavior in the HR diagram start? What is physically
going on in the star at that time?
Does the deviation from the red supergiant track happen around 2500
timesteps (when the O core line appears to converge with the He core line,
which is odd), or does it happen around 4000 timesteps (when there's that
strange gap in the convective region)?

How much over/undershooting are you using?
What happens if you turn off use_other_alpha_mlt?
