[Mesa-users] Adding variables to profile from model file

Hi

Your method should generally work. Some things to consider:

Try taking a very tiny timestep (like 1d-20)
Does your star_job inlist contain any change_ routines? You may be
modifying the model when it is loaded.
Make sure the rest of the inlist is the same between before/after model load
Did you change anything in your run_star_extras.f90? It may also be
modifying the model/options without you realising it.
Also instead of using a model file, try using a photo (if you have one) and
see if you still see a difference.
