It looks like you are trying to use the test suite problem outside of the
test suite but have not modified the `rn` script to remove the hard-coded
value of MESA_DIR.  (You will want to delete the line that looks like
MESA_DIR=../../.. so that the value of MESA_DIR from your environment is
used instead).
