'm having difficulties in downloading the mesasdk from http://www.astro.wisc.edu/~townsend/static.php?ref=mesasdk <http://www.astro.wisc.edu/~townsend/static.php?ref=mesasdk>. The message I get is SQLSTATE[HY000] [2002] Connection refused. Any advice? Sam Dupree.
