[Mesa-users] degeneracy parameter

Excellent!  Thank you!  Things are now working swimmingly.

The electron density I get via that equation now agrees with the value I
get using the partial degeneracy electron density equation almost
perfectly, (except in the core where it's off by <1%, consistent with the
expected magnitude of relativistic corrections, and except in upper
atmosphere where things are off a lot, but the density is extremely low
there and perhaps other real gas effects are becoming important.)
