[Mesa-users] Turbulent diffusion parameter

Hi Anthony,

I'm not aware of any equivalent post-r12115 parameter but I just looked at the code that implemented the control `turbulent_diffusion_D0` and it shouldn't be too hard to re-implement in `run_star_extras`, I think using `other_D_mix`.
