Hi Alex,

MESA does not (directly) model magnetic fields so you need to define how you propose the magnetic field would affect the Sun's structure.  You can then possibly use one of MESA's "hooks" to introduce your changes into your solar models.

To learn more about these "hooks", I recommend Josiah Schwab's "Beyond Inlists" lecture that is presented at the beginning of each MESA Summer School.  The most recent version (2019) can be found here:
