One suggestion is to regenerate that model in r15140.

I think I just realized what is happening.  The model you sent was
generated with lnPgas_flag = .true. in a past version.  The option to use
Pgas as a structure variable has been removed in r15140 and MESA gets
confused when it tries to load a model containing information that it
doesn't know what to do with.  You will definitely need to regenerate the
initial model.  It is simply not compatible with r15140.
