I didn't look at your models in any detail, but Isaac Malsky was at the
edges of the EOS coverage and there have not yet been significant
improvements in that area.  As you may have seen in the r15140 EOS docs,
we're working on getting the Chabrier, Mazevet, & Soubiran (2019) H/He EOS
into MESA, but It's not on by default (because it is not yet performing
well and hasn't been tested).
