hi harish,

rotation controls for version 15140 are described at 

https://docs.mesastar.org/en/latest/reference/star_job.html#rotation-controls 

you can experiment with 

change_rotation_flag = .true.
new_rotation_flag    = .true.

relax_omega_div_omega_crit  = .true.
new_omega_div_omega_crit    = 1.0d-8  
num_steps_to_relax_rotation = 100 
relax_omega_max_yrs_dt      = 1.0d0   ! keep timesteps "small" to prevent significant evolution

and further experiment by changing these values and/or experiment with come of the other rotation controls.
