Using the simulation wd_c_core_ignition as a starting point, I added the

Yes, that alpha-chain network is an example of a net that may not have the
isos/reactions you're interested in.
As an example of the sort of thing you may want to do, I attach my
implementations of two nets from Förster et al. (2010).
