For on-the-fly visualization with pgstar, I recommend you familiarize
yourself with the defaults in $MESA_DIR/star/defaults/pgstar.defaults.
Pgstar plots are not publication-ready, so I also recommend using some
other plotting software if you're ever trying to publish such plots.
That beng said, in pgstar.defaults, you can find the way to turn any
y-axis into a log quantity, by setting:
Profile_Panels1_yaxis_log(1) = .true.
or
Abundance_yaxis_log = .true.
and so on.
