I echo Frank that your message doesn't have enough information to give any
specific guidance.

I have some experience with this type of model and so can give some general
advice.

You should be aware that MESA does not presently have appropriate
constitutive physics for low mass He objects.  In particular, there are
significant areas in the EOS and opacity where there is no data (or data of
poor numerical quality).

Please consult the documentation and make sure you have a careful
understanding of what is happening under the hood at your conditions of

Problems with low mass He WDs (or related objects) are quite often
attributable to the eos/kap limitations and therefore cannot be easily
overcome.
