Dear Dr. Timmes,
I ran the constant density and temperature trajectory until 1e12 s to compare the results with the plot that you shared.
The yields that I am getting are orders of magnitude different than the yields presented in the plot, for example, ni56 in the plot is of the order 10^-(1), however, I am getting ni56 of order 10^(-27).
Any suggestions on what I am doing wrong and the changes that I should make would be greatly appreciated.
I have copied my inlist and the final abundance file below.
Sincerely,
Sudarshan Neopane

Dear Dr. Timmes,
Thanks for the prompt response and suggestion.
I will run the constant density and temperature trajectory for verification.
Sincerely,
Sudarshan Neopane

hi sudarshan,
i suggest trying something simple for a verification run,
such as a trajectory that has a constant temperature (say 3e9 k),
constant density (say 1e9 g/cc), and starts from 50-50 carbon and oxygen.
compare the results to https://nam12.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=http%3A%2F%2Fcococubed.asu.edu%2Fimages%2Fnet_aprox13%2Faprox13_hydrostatic.svg&data=04%7C01%7Csneopane%40umassd.edu%7Cbbb10836befb4f8cc46a08d902b9c33c%7C328d6c0d0f2f4b7693109762ba1c3e2d%7C0%7C0%7C637543819132699970%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJWIjoiMC4wLjAwMDAiLCJQIjoiV2luMzIiLCJBTiI6Ik1haWwiLCJXVCI6Mn0%3D%7C1000&sdata=PH4q1q3NHPa%2F%2FYt%2FhgKJ8VnVmQYLLp1B8NAicJ3prY4%3D&reserved=0<https://nam12.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=http%3A%2F%2Fcococubed.asu.edu%2Fimages%2Fnet_aprox13%2Faprox13_hydrostatic.svg&data=04%7C01%7Csneopane%40umassd.edu%7C4c6cbb276ffa47fc6a2708d902be4161%7C328d6c0d0f2f4b7693109762ba1c3e2d%7C0%7C1%7C637543838435409574%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJWIjoiMC4wLjAwMDAiLCJQIjoiV2luMzIiLCJBTiI6Ik1haWwiLCJXVCI6Mn0%3D%7C2000&sdata=jLXniq4JnHbV8P2MFf7vQW4I%2BohnxS4yXlNAeNeAphg%3D&reserved=0>

To run the particle trajectories, I followed the tutorial on running trajectories from 2012 MESA summer school. I could get the trajectory running, but wanted to know if I am running everything properly or not.
