[Mesa-users] Abundance from pre-zams to zams model

hi liza,

there is not enough information provided to offer much help,
at least as i'm interpreting your message. if the li7 column is 
always in the history file, and its mass fraction begins as
non-zero and evolves to zero, then perhaps the model is getting 
hot enough and convective enough to destroy the fragile li7.
you can diagnose the situation by exploring a few pgstar plots
while the model is running.
