the helmeos includes the effects of e+e- production in its
thermodynamic quantities, with the actual physics coming from
the eos that builds the helmholtz free energy tables.
that e+e- physics is solved by taking both the fermi-dirac integrals
and the root find on the electron chemical potential to the limits
of the arithmetic; no expansions are used or needed.
