[Mesa-users] Implementation of Radiative levitation

Dear MESA users,
I am a new mesa user and using MESA-version 12778. I am interested in implementing diffusion and radiative levitation in the MS models for mystars. However, when I implement it, the code fails to stop and even no parameters change.
Also, while running, it keeps displaying the following
"loading OP mono data...
 failed to open /m01.index
 error while loading OP data, ierr =           -1"
I have attached the inlist_project file

I need your help.
