Hello Mesa Users,

I am trying to install an older version of mesa (r9793) so that I
reproduce some results. However, I'm having the error below

checking for C compiler default output file name...
configure: error: in `/afs/mpa/temp/nsamba/mesa-r9793/crlibm/crlibm':
configure: error: C compiler cannot create executables
See `config.log' for more details.

I have done ./clean a couple of times before ./install but no success. I
have checked a number of things and all seems to be ok

Am not sure what I am missing, how best can I fix this issue?

Many thanks.

Cheers,
Benard
