[Mesa-users] Crash after 8.1e6 yrs on 20 m simulation

this is your operating system killing the job, not mesa.
perhaps because your system running out of ram. 
you can reduce the memory footprint of mesa in 12115 by setting

     use_eosELM = .false.
     use_eosDT2 = .false.

in the controls part of the inlist.
