Hi Wei,
Please continue to include mesa-users in cc so that the messages are
archived and others can also reply.
It is a great method to change gradr and I have done it in run_star_extras.

I believe that gradr_factor does affect d_gradr_dvb. It does not appear
explicitly because of the redefinition as gradr=gradr*gradr_factor .
Besides, the new gardr_factor contains the adiabatic gradient, whether it
