[Mesa-users] Rate Cutoffs below logT < 7

Have a look at an abundance plot around the mass coordinate equal to
> logT=7. If you see a step function in an isotope then there is a bad rate

After taking this first step of noticing an abundance oddity with li7, then
I went to star/test_suite/agb and copied code from the run_star_extras of
that test which has an example of re-calling net so that you can add rates
to your profile files.  That approach is clumsy for many rates,  but since
I'd narrowed it down to rates involving li7, there were only a few to look
at.
