Is there any difference that cause the disagreement?

The rlo wind is an option that you can use with a single star to pretend it is in a binary.  If you're doing a  MESA/binary calculation then you can do  mass transfer / Roche lobe overflow, so you wouldn't ever use both options.

The run I did was a single-star MESA/star calculation using this rlo wind option.
