[Mesa-users] Stop condition at the end of the RGB tip

Hi again,

Here is a thread from 2018 with some suggestions for how to stop at the RGB
tip.

Depending on what you mean by 'just after', these suggestions may be
relevant as the peak in central He burning luminosity generally
coincides with a slight reduction in surface luminosity.  I.e., the model
has just passed the "RGB tip" and is on its way down to the "horizontal
branch" or "red clump".

If you want a different answer, then you'll need to carefully define 'just
after RGB tip'.
