[Mesa-users] Failed to open start.mod error

Hi all, I am new to MESA and have been trying to run a 3Msun model (from
the pre-main sequence to the AGB stage) without any success. When I run the
model, I get the output below

I am confused because I thought the run creates start.mod the moment it
starts running. I also think it's not reading the inlist.start file
because the run is not showing the initial mass of the star at the
beginning of the output. Please correct me if I am wrong.

What am I missing in my settings? I used the 7Msun model in the test_suite
directory as a template.

I am using MESA  r12778, MESA SDK x86_64-linux-20.3.2, and Linux.

I attached a copy of my working directory.
