[Mesa-users] MESA failing to read inlist_start

Hi,
The problem is that 1M_pre_ms_to_wd is a multi-part test case, thus there
are different inlists for different parts of the evolution.
If you look in the rn script in your folder you'll see that it runs
multiple inlists. Part of this process is to cp the
inlist_to_end_agb_header to the file inlist. This is why mesa is reverting
your change.
The solution is to alter extra_pgstar_inlist1_name in
inlist_to_end_agb_header, not in the inlist file (or just alter the pgstar
commands in inlist_to_end_agb). Any other changes to the model should go in
inlist_to_end_agb not inlist.
